1. FreeQRCodes.mobi iPAD™ Mini DRAWING - INFORMATION AND PRIZE RULES

The Drawing shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of Michigan, United States of America, including procedural provisions without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions that would cause the application of any other jurisdiction's laws. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THIS PROVISION, DO NOT PARTICIPATE IN THIS DRAWING.

By creating QR codes and obtaining entries to the drawing, you agree to accept and be bound by all the terms and conditions set out herein (the "Official Rules") without any modification or reservation of any nature. Should you disagree with any or all of the terms and conditions below or desire not to be bound by them, YOU MAY NOT PARTICIPATE in this drawing in any manner. These rules constitute the full agreement relating to the reward of the prize.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. Void wherever prohibited or restricted by law.

1. PRIZE. The drawing prize is one (1) Apple iPad Mini.

2. DATES OF DRAWING: Beginning in January 2013, The ICANetwork / FreeQRCodes.mobi iPad Mini drawing drawing begins each month at 12:00am Eastern Time ("ET") on the first day of the month and ends at 11:59pm ET on the last day of the same month. All entries received during this period are eligible for the drawing for that month, and that month only.

3. ELIGIBILITY. The promotion for an iPad raffle draw prize (the "iPad drawing") is open to "Qualified Entrants" who have obtained a QR code or codes from FreeQRCodes.mobi. Qualified Entrants are defined as those individuals over the age of 18, and meet the following additional requirements. Each entrant warrants and represents that entrant's employer's policy permits participating and accepting prizes in trade promotions. Employees of The ICANetwork its subsidiaries, affiliates and advertising agencies as well as their family members are not eligible to participate. Individuals engaged in any business competitive with the business of The ICANetwork, as solely determined by The ICANetwork, are not eligible to participate in this drawing. By participating, entrants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of The ICANetwork, which are final and binding in all respects.

4. HOW TO ENTER AND WIN. In order to enter the promotion, an eligible participant must create a QR code using the form provided at the FreeQRCodes.mobi website. The winner will be notified by e-mail within 10 days of the day of the drawing. If the winner does not claim his or her prize by the end of the month in which notification was sent, then the prize for that drawing will be revoked completely. The winner agrees to take part in reasonable post-drawing publicity including specifically (but not exclusively limited to) consenting to their name, city, and state/province being published on this site.

5. ENTRIES: You will automatically be awarded one drawing entry for each unique "type" of QR code you create using the FreeQRCodes.mobi website. Additionally, you will be automatically awarded 5 bonus drawing entries for each unique new QR user you refer to the FreeQRCodes.mobi website through the social sharing and "Go Viral" tools provided on the Thank You page of the FreeQRCodes.mobi website.

The total number of entries allowed per person for the entire drawing is one (1) per each of the three types of QR code offered at FreeQRCodes.mobi, for a total of 3 entries, per month, plus any number of additional entries awarded as part of social sharing referral bonus process. Any attempt by an entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different identities, registrations, automated scripting, and/or any other methods, will void that entrant's play and that entrant may be disqualified from that and all future drawings. Correspondence and inquiries concerning the drawing will not be accepted or acknowledged. No form of entry other than as stated in these Official Rules will be accepted. Entries which do not conform to these Official Rules will be disqualified.

6. RESTRICTIONS. No prize substitution, except at The ICANetwork's sole discretion. Prizes are not transferable. The ICANetwork reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value should a prize become unavailable for any reason. If a potential winner cannot accept a prize as stated in its entirety the prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner. All federal, state and local taxes, and export or import duties, and the like (as applicable) on any prize are the sole responsibility of the winner(s). Should a winner's country of residence be other then the United States, that winner agrees that The ICANetwork may withhold any tax that may be required by law, as determined by The ICANetwork. Shipping fees (and any other tariffs, duties, or taxes related to the shipment of the prize) to locations outside the United States shall be the responsibility of the winner, which shall be calculated and quoted prior to the shipment of the prize. Limit of one prize per person. No more than the number of prizes set forth in these Official Rules will be awarded.

7. RELEASE; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY; DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES. By accepting the prize, the winner releases The ICANetwork its respective parent, subsidiary, and affiliated companies, franchisees, licensees, advertising and promotion agencies and prize suppliers, and each of their respective officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees, as well as each of their respective successors and assigns ("Released Parties") from all liability with respect to participation in the promotion and possession or acceptance, possession or use of the prize awarded. The ICANetwork is not responsible for any condition caused by events beyond the control of the The ICANetwork that may cause the sweepstakes to be disrupted or corrupted. IN NO EVENT WILL RELEASED PARTIES BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF EFFORTS TO CREATE OR SUBMIT THE ENTRY OR WITH RESPECT TO ENTRANT'S PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION OR ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION OR USE OF THE PRIZE. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, THE PRIZE AND PROMOTION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. SOME JURISDICTIONS MAY NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS OF EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. CHECK YOUR LOCAL LAWS FOR ANY RESTRICTIONS OR LIMITATIONS REGARDING THESE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS. To the extent that the third party manufacturer of the prize provides any warranty with the prize, The ICANetwork shall pass such warranty through to the winner, and any issues that may arise with respect to the prize shall be resolved solely between the winner and the third party manufacturer.
